Give me a sign.

Went to my grandma's house the other day, she has an assortment of musical related items throughout her house.

1. I have been trying to think of idea's for my blog, so thought I'd share some that I have so far:
- Weekly re-cap, which is pretty much what this numbering jazz is all about. Just a quick re-cap of my week, which will include 'Song of the Week'
- Album of the month, music related. I'll try my hardest to keep this idea running.
- Fortnightly Photoshoot, I go out and do a photoshoot- or just go out and take a bunch of related photos, every fortnight, and shall post them on here.

2. SOUNDWAVE! only 10 more days to go, and I am super excited. This years lineup is pretty good, with bands such as The Amity Affliction, Veara, New Found Glory, Bring Me The Horizon, We The Kings, 30 Seconds to Mars and so much more. I still think last years (2010's) lineup was the best one so far - as it featured Paramore, A Day To Remember, Escape The Fate, You Me At Six, All Time Low, Dance Gavin Dance and Anti Flag, and was AMAZING. The weather better not be like it was today though (38 degrees celcius and excessively humid) otherwise I'm gonna die D:

3. Just thought I'd mention that my friend got pooped on by a bird today.

4. Song of the Week: The Ballad of Mona Lisa - Panic! At The DiscoI have had this song on repeat all week, and can't wait until their album Vices and Virtues comes out, if this song is just a taste of what their album is to bring, I MUST have it. I must admit I'm not a very big Panic! At The Disco fan, but this song is really catchy.

for those of you who do not know me, my name is Ashleah. I am a 15 year old High School student who resides in the beautiful city of Perth, Australia. I am currently in year 11, and am heading into my final years of my educational 'life', or lack of, due to all the studying that is ahead of me. What do I plan to do when I leave school?

Music and Photography - two things I am certain I would not be able to live without. 

I am inspired by things I see and hear everyday, little things. Music plays an important role in my life - as does photography. I love the effect music and photography can have on people, how it can make them feel, inspire them to do certain things and can ultimately influence how they live their lives. Music and photography have that effect on me. Photography is how I express myself, I adore it, how you can tell the story of a person just through a photo.

These things combined make me who I am.
